部屋のドアがなかなか　あけられませんでした　　また　朝食でオーブントースター　が　一つしかないため温めの順番待ちができていました　　すぐ食事できるので　オーブントースターを２つ用意してもらえるとありがたいです

部屋が暗すぎる。禁煙指定したのに、タバコの臭いがした。
