空調の調子が悪く部屋が暑かった。全館空調はそろそろ限界かと思う。

全てにおいて普通です。フロントの対応は今ひとつです。スムーズ感が無いの不快になる事があります。他のホテルグループの様に機械化での対応を希望します。

建物はそう古くないのですが、設備がたいそう古いようです。改善の余地はありそうです。
