フロントのスタッフの対応はとても良かったです。一階のレストランがサービスが悪く値段が高いです。お酒を頼むと断り無しにお通し（450円）をだしてきます。レストランでアルコールを注文してお通しを出す場所は初めてです。 また、四人がけの机にランチョンマットが2セットしかありませんし、3-4人ですわっても増やそうとしません。 フロアの店員は終始不機嫌そうにしています。

秋田への旅行で夫婦で利用。いつもは秋田駅前に泊まりますが、今回は川反で食事をする予定でしたので、こちらを利用しましたが、川反の入り口にあるのでとても便利でした。ホテル自体も新しく綺麗です。コンビニも徒歩圏内にありますし、千秋公園への散歩にも丁度良い距離でした。また秋田に行く機会があれば利用したいと思います。 ホテルの評価とは離れますが、数十年振りに川反の夜を歩きましたが、週末なのに人もそんなに歩いてなくて、昔に比べるとだいぶ寂しい感じになりましたね。
