    9月13日（水）北海道旅行の前泊地として7階某室に宿泊。青森駅からは徒歩約20分。機会があればまた利用させていただきたい。

    ユニットバスの排水口がすぐに詰まって大変だった。埃っぽくもなく部屋も静かで、コロナ対策もしっかりしていて安心して宿泊でしました。排水口がの問題以外は良かった。また泊まりたいと思うホテルでした。

    駐車場が隣接で、雨などでも濡れずに入退室出来るのが助かります。 今回駐車場込みプランでしたので別清算も不用で楽です。

    ねぶた観光目的の評価です。 建物は古く外（地上）の声も良く聞こえて来ます。 ねぶたの運行ルートに面した所に立地し観覧席も無料で用意されています。落ち着いて楽に観覧できます。朝食は全く記憶にありません。多分可もなく不可もなしという事だと思います。 ねぶた期間中でしたが比較的リズナーブルな価格でした。
