Appetizer: Aoimori Beni Salmon Carpaccio Bagna Cauda made with Aomori Prefecture Towada vegetables Aomori Shamorok Yakitori and special yakitori made with local chicken Shabu-shabu with Aomori Shamorok glass soup Dessert and tea ●Breakfast 7:30, 8:00, 8:30 ●Hot spring: Free-flowing hot spring water, heated and diluted, no chlorine We have pursued a relaxing bath using Aomori hiba, Towada stone, and Hachinohe blue stone. ～About Yunohana～ Have you heard of "Yunohana"? These are hot spring ingredients that have crystallized and settled. The things floating in the hot spring are actually yunohana (sintered mineral deposits). The amount of yunohana varies depending on the day. Please enjoy this gift of nature in the free-flowing water.
