    6月1日に宿泊しました。2回目の利用です。 駅近くで、便利なことは勿論ですが、ここは寝具が何よりも良い、腰痛持ちで普段仰向けに寝ることが困難なほどですが、どんな姿勢になっても腰が痛くならず、よく眠ることができました。少々設備は古めですが、清潔で空気清浄機も有難かったです。外部のドアの開け閉めの音だけが気になりましたが、気持ちよく利用させていただきました。有難うございました。

    立地がよく、何度も利用しています。部屋やお風呂は狭めですが基本寝るだけなので問題ないです。ゆっくり休めるので助かるのですが、今回は寝ている時いきなり朝の掃除の人がドアを開けてきてビックリしました。チェックアウトぎりぎりまで寝るため、ちゃんと確認して「Do Not Disturb」のカードをドアに下げておいたので、まさか開けられると思わず、かなりショックでした。これからも宿泊する機会があると思いますが、安心して休めるか不安です。

    お客ファーストではなく、従業員ファーストのホテルです。 朝は、８時過ぎには、廊下に部屋の掃除の道具や変えのシーツ等が、バタバタと準備を始めて、折角の11時までのゆっくりするつもりが、出来ないし、廊下に出てこの有り様に幻滅。朝食は、既におかずなどが無かったり、ほぼ少なくて取るのをためらう状況でも、追加をしないスタッフ。見るにみかねて、スタッフに言うと、こちらがクレイマーの様な無愛想な態度。それも、7時から9時には終了と時間は短く、8時15分の時点でのこの状況。片付けを考えてのスタッフの対応としか思えない。 これまで、あちこちのホテルに泊まってますが、こんなに酷い、スタッフファーストのホテルは、初めてです。 今回がたまたまそんなスタッフだったのかとも思いましたが、二度と泊まりません。 皆さんも、気をつけた方が良いですよ。
