A boat platter featuring local fish caught in the Kamogawa fixed net fishery, prepared as sashimi, and one live Ise lobster per person! You can choose your preferred cooking method for the Ise lobster. [Regarding confirmation of the main cooking method] Guests arriving after 4:30 PM should inform us of their preferred cooking method for the main dish by 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. If we do not receive any notification, we will prepare the dish using our recommended cooking method. From June to July, Ise lobsters cannot be fished, so the cooking method will be changed to (grilled in shell, simmered in armor, or boiled). <Regarding dining locations> Dinner will be served in your room, allowing you to relax without any disturbances.
