お風呂が気に入って利用していますが、いつも思う事が一点だけあるので記載します。フロントの女性がいつも機械的で笑顔が有りません。なぜなんでしょうか？あと、仕事でパソコンが見にくいので、デスクスタンドを借りようとしましたが、当ホテルには置いてないとの事。今時、非常に珍しいし、残念です。何とかなりませんか？

ビジネスホテルだとオレンジっぽい照明が多い中、ここは部屋の鏡の照明が白めの光で、朝のメイクがしやすく助かりました。フェイスパックや化粧水等アメニティも充実しており、大浴場には露天風呂やサウナもあって女性には嬉しいホテルだと思います。

２日利用。繁華街の中心で立地はよかった。2階だからか防音対策が悪いのか、外の会話とか騒音がひどく、ほぼ２日間寝られませんでした。温泉もありサービスもよかっただけに、快適さは残念でした。

An ozone (O3) deodorant system has been installed in common areas and all guest rooms, and a dedicated machine has been installed on the roof.
