    チェックインやチェックアウトでの対応がスムーズでは無かった。料理は満足でしたが。人手が足りないのか仲居さんの対応が悪かった。ほぼセルフでした。後お酒の種類が全く無くほぼビンビールのみでした。朝食時間帯にお布団の片付けがありましたが、お客がチェックアウトしてからでも良い気がする。

    ２回目の宿泊です。前回の舟盛プランがよかったので、家族で９年ぶりの再訪でした。 チェックイン時間に到着すると、係りの男性に迎えていただきましたが、中が混雑しているので外で待たされることになりました。肌寒く、年長者もいるので、コロナ禍とは言えこれはいかがかと思います。 部屋は綺麗で食事も満足でした。ただ、舟盛の量や質が前回と比べて少し貧相になったような気がします。福井産こしひかりのごはんは美味しくいただきました。 お風呂は大浴場を利用させてもらいましたが、露天風呂がうす暗すぎて景色なんかが見えないのが残念でした。 駐車場の収容台数は多いのですが、白線の間隔が狭く、大きめの箱バンだとドアを開けるのも厳しいです。宿泊者が多く、ギリギリで駐車していましたが、ちょっと不安でした。 全体的にはいいお宿だと思います。他の方が指摘されているようなサービス内容が改善されたら、また利用したいと思っています。

    実家の家族7人で宿泊しました。 思った以上に食事が豪華で楽しい旅になりました。 おおきな部屋（二間続きの部屋）ででゆったりでした。

    お部屋は良かったです いい意味で堅苦しくなく、小綺麗でした 露天風呂付き客室だったのですが、3月の半ばでも結構寒かったので、冬入るには厳しそうです お料理も問題なく美味しかったです ただ…一番の問題は従業員の質ですね 接客業をしている者からすると、あの対応は無しです 折角の旅行気分が台無し…になる寸前でした 実に勿体ないの一言です
