    チェックインの時間帯がラッシュ時にもかかわらずフロントの対応は一人で説明も諄くスムーズではなかったです。もう少し受付の部分をスムーズにできないでしょうか。

    フロントの方たちの対応はとても良かったです。 他の方も書いている通り掃除とにおいが残念です。お部屋がカビと排水口のニオイでいまだに思い出して気持ちが悪くなります。ベッドの下に物を落としたらホコリだらけで本当に悲しかった。リモコンを触るのも躊躇いました。 スタッフさんたちはとてもいい方たちでしたので残念です。

    先日そちらで2泊お世話になりました。サービスやフロントの接客などとても良かったのですがお部屋の掃除が全く行き届いておらず、部屋に入った瞬間カビ臭い匂いが漂っておりベッドの枠には埃が酷く眠れたものではありませんでした。格安で利便性を考える初めて利用させてもらいましたがあそこまで清掃が行き届いていないホテルは初めてでした。

    第2ホテルからすると部屋も古いし少し狭いし朝食のサラダもイマイチだしフロントの方も愛想が悪い。 第2ホテルがとても良かっただけに残念でならない。 こちらの方が駅から近いからと思ったが次からは他にします。

・In consideration of the global environment, there are no toothbrushes or razors in the room. Please bring and cooperate with us. (If you need it, we will give it to you free of charge at check-in.)
