    観光目的で利用しました。 館内の共有スペース(ロビーや通路、風呂等)は綺麗に掃除が行き届いており築年数が経っている建物とは思えないくらい綺麗にされておりました。 ただし宿泊部屋については蜘蛛の巣があったり冷蔵庫の中はアイスクリームのこぼれた跡、床には食べ残しがあったりとクレームを入れたいくらいでした。 決して安い値段ではなかったので部屋の掃除も含めて高いクオリティを保ってほしいと思います。

    初回行ったときにとても良かったので、今回も予約しました。到着した時の駐車場等の対応から、接客に対しては、気になりました。とかくコロナ対応を出しますが、一番大切なのは笑顔とちょっとした心遣いが大切なのではないでしょうか。温泉施設は3か所あり、どれも最高だと思います。食事はとてもおいしくいただきました。 朝食は、人数も外国人の方も多く、ビュッフェスタイルなので、混雑しますね。 とても下呂の温泉は良いので、次回はまた違う宿泊場所にしてみたいと思います。

    ところどころ経年劣化と思われる部分もありましたが、清潔感もあり心地よく過ごせました。 お風呂もそれぞれの建物にあり楽しめました。 夕食のすき焼きも美味しかったです。量が多くすべてたべきれなかったのが心残りでした。

    5月29日に宿泊しました。部屋は広く快適に過ごすことができました。部屋食のプランでしたが掘りごたつ式の個室を用意して頂きゆったり食事をすることができました。また、ひと手間かかった大変おいしい料理で、食事の世話をして頂いた仲居さんがたいへん感じがよく食事に花を添えてくれました。 風呂に関しては、規模、湯量全てにいう事がありません。何度でも行きたくなる温泉宿です。

    立地場所は最高でしたが、露天風呂の雰囲気が個人的にイマイチでした。荷物も部屋まで運んでくれないので、サービス面は良くなかったです。部屋は綺麗で食事は最高でした。飛騨牛美味しかった!
