Originally, the torafugu (tiger pufferfish) is a marine fish. It is raised in the Hida region of Gifu Prefecture, which is landlocked. Please enjoy the high-quality fish nurtured at the foot of the magnificent nature of the Northern Alps. For the main dish, we offer beef consistently raised since birth by livestock farmers in Hida Furukawa. We have prepared a mini steak of the highest-grade A5-ranked Hida beef. Dinner Served in a private dining room. Dinner features banquet cuisine with a touch of extra care, freshly prepared. Enjoy banquet cuisine presented dish by dish, crafted with precision and seasonal flavors. Three dishes featuring the premium fish 'Hida Tiger Pufferfish,' raised at the foot of the majestic Northern Alps. This is a banquet cuisine featuring a mini steak of the highest-grade A5-ranked Hida beef, carefully raised by livestock farmers in Hida Furukawa. For those who wish to have fugu hot pot, we can prepare it separately (reservation required at least 3 days in advance [info@823kan.com]). Fugu hot pot takes a bit of time to prepare. We recommend starting dinner at 5:30 PM or 6:00 PM. Breakfast Breakfast includes Hoba miso, Hida's local homestyle dishes, and rice cooked in a traditional Hida pot. Hida's traditional dish 'Hoba Miso' pairs well with white rice, allowing you to enjoy the aroma of the Hoba leaf. The rice served is a special variety that has won a gold prize at the 'National Rice and Palatability Analysis Contest.' Bath The baths at our inn use transported water from the Hida Furukawa Ryuhou Hot Springs. With an alkaline simple spring, the water is gentle on the skin and low in irritation, letting you relax and enjoy at your leisure. There are two bathrooms.
