    可もなく不可もなくといっとたとこですが、先日仕事の前乗りで1泊しました。翌日、チェックアウトし、伊勢崎で仕事を済ませ、次の仕事場へ夕方向かった際に、部屋に上着を忘れてしまったことに気が付き、若松へ連絡すると上着の忘れ物がありますとのことで、わざわざ戻り忘れ物を返却しました。もちろん忘れたのは自分なので、自分が1番悪いのですが、部屋の清掃時に確実に気がつく忘れ物ですので、連絡さえもらえれば、伊勢崎での仕事を終えた足で忘れ物を受け取った後に移動することが可能だった訳で。なぜ、チェックインの際に、連絡先をわざわざ記載しているのでしょうか?こういった時に、ホテル側が気を使ってもらえないのかな?と感じてしまったホテルでした。

    椅子がよかったです。ただ、施設全体的に光が疲れました。強い白色光が多かったです。

    午後20時半ごろ到着したところ、館内に翌日の朝食用らしい焼き魚の匂いがかなり強めに漂ってました。客室内にも。 幸い窓が開く構造だったので、換気で何とか対応。 続いて騒音。 エアコンをつけていないにもかかわらず、モーター音が鳴りやまない。フロントの方に来て見ていただいたところ(この対応は早かったです)、階下の大浴場の機器の関係でないかとのこと。止まることがないそうなので、諦めましたが、後から思えば部屋を変えてもらえばよかったかも。この時点で初めてこのホテルの口コミを見て、類似のクレームが多いホテルだと認識しました。なので、睡眠薬を飲んで凌ぐことに。 さらに、トイレのサイズの小ささにも驚きましたが、便座が今どきウォームレットではなくてとても冷たく、冬場はツライです。 それから細かいことですが、ビニールスリッパは衛生的ではないうえ、インソールの存在がわかりづらいです。 いずれか改善されることを期待します。
