    従業員の対応がいまいちでした。 食事が出てくるのが遅く、待っている状態で、従業員が外国の方で説明がわかりずらかった また行こうとは思いませんが、四万温泉はいいところだと思うので、他の旅館に泊まりには是非行きたいです

    部屋の設備がわからなく、何度もフロントに電話をした。 冷蔵庫のコンセントの場所がわからない、ポットはあるがコンセントがない、またトイレのドアが通常と逆で上に上げるなど、チエックイン時に説明して欲しい。 フロントから来てくれた人はこの部屋はあまり担当した事がなくあまりわからないとの事で、勉強不足ではないでしょうか。 お風呂はとても良かったです。

    食事は大変おいしかったがトイレが冬の為か利用できないトロが多く、探すに苦労した。部屋のトイレを使わざるを得ず夏に来るとまた違うのかと思った。温泉プールなどもあり、楽しめるのだろう。貸切風呂は二人で利用するには多少狭く大浴場のお風呂が良かった。
