Regarding meals, we do not accommodate allergies, vegetarian, gluten-free, or vegan options. At Kaichoro, reservations are accepted from guests aged 20 and above. Reservations and stays for guests under 20 years old are not allowed. Kaichoro Standard Plan ~ Creative Japanese Kaiseki 'Four Seasons' Kaichoro is a ryokan with all rooms featuring private open-air baths (8 rooms in total). Prioritizing the privacy of each guest, from arrival to departure, we provide a quiet and comfortable time and space as if the entire place is reserved. The cuisine is creative Japanese Kaiseki, using seasonal ingredients carefully selected by the head chef, 'local produce' and 'ingredients with a visible producer' are often incorporated. The menu is prepared daily by the head chef, imagining the faces of the guests. A blissful moment of soaking leisurely in the hot spring while enjoying the view. Relax in your room wrapped in an eiderdown futon. If you're going out, visit the famous Ikaho Stone Steps Street, or during the autumn foliage season, the very popular 'Kajika Bridge' is within a 10-minute walk. Meals Creative Japanese Kaiseki 'Four Seasons' Using seasonal ingredients carefully selected by the head chef, incorporating many 'local products' and 'items with a visible producer's face', you can enjoy a thoughtfully crafted creative Japanese Kaiseki. Meals will be served in a private room called 'Saryo'. Please enjoy your meal at a leisurely pace. Breakfast is made with an abundance of fresh vegetables and fruits. It is a delicious Japanese meal featuring completely pesticide-free Koshihikari rice cooked in a pot. Information about Guest Room Open-Air Baths Kaicho-ro is equipped with Ikaho's famous hot spring, 'Shirogane no Yu', in every room. A private space that feels as if there is no one else around. After checking in, you can fully enjoy the hot springs without concern for others. Relish carefully prepared meals in a private space at your own pace. Hot Springs The guest room open-air bath features Ikaho's famous hot spring, 'Shirogane no Yu'. You can use it anytime you like during your stay. Additionally, guests staying here can access the main building Fukuichi's indoor baths (Kogane no Yu and Shirogane no Yu). You can enjoy the open-air bath (Golden Bath) and sauna. *Usage hours: 14:00–1:00, 5:00–10:00 Your stay at Kaichoro - Check-in at 15:00 / Check-out at 11:30 - Beverages in the room's refrigerator are complimentary. - Yukata and samue made of Enshu cotton, along with bathrobes, are provided. - A coffee machine is available in the guest room. - The futon in the bedroom uses rare eiderdown. - Guests under the age of 20 are not permitted at Kaichoro.
