    これで三ツ星?どこが? って感じです 大人2と6歳4歳で3/30に宿泊。15:00のチェックインは混んでいてかなり待ちました。そしてフロント5階はめっちゃくちゃタバコ臭い!待っている間 しいたけ茶 を大人に出してくれましたが子供には水...。せめて麦茶とかほしい。水って...! 廊下の床はシミだらけ、部屋も壁やカーテンしみだらけ。綺麗な旅館ではない。ありえないのが、洗面台!消毒済と書いてあるコップ4つのうち1つは虫が2匹。1つは使用済でリップがついたまま...ハア。 部屋もホコリだらけ。本当に掃除してる? 子供用歯ブラシもおいてない。 子供を泊まらせたくない旅館。 大人の食事はボリュームたっぷりでお腹いっぱい!味は普通。茶碗蒸しにジェノベーゼソースかかっていて、なぜ和食会席にジェノベーゼ使うの?合わない。 お子様用の会席料理がイマイチ。まずいビーフシチューパイ、冷めたエビフライ。味のしない超少ないケチャップライス。なにこれ...そしてまた水のみ。お味噌もない。大人は凄い量で、お米にうどんもあるのに...どうして子供には汁物ないの?ご飯も2口分。ジュースもない。 高いお金払ってこれ... 食事処にいた男のオジサン従業員は子供が騒ぐ度に睨むし。 お風呂の大浴場はよかった!黄金のゆは良いですね! 露天風呂はイマイチ。露天風呂の醍醐味って景色とか、少し造りこんだお風呂だったり見ても楽しいのがいいのですが、景色全くなし。黄金のゆだけど目の前は壁!これなら大浴場でじゅうぶん!わざわざ行く必要なし! チェックアウト時に 部屋のコップに虫がいたことを伝えると「ハー」のみ。会話する気ないようですね。良く言われるから またか って感じだったのかな? 子連れには絶対おすすめしない宿です!

    3月30日に家族で一泊しました。近年は、チェックイン手続きや各種案内がデジタル化されている所も多い中、森秋旅館さんは、アットホームで久しぶりに人の温かさを感じられた旅館でした。 父と母も大変リラックスできたようで、また宿泊したいと言っています!
