Japan|Age: 50s|Family with kid(s)4Posted: 1/31/2023スタッフ達はとても親切でしたー 着いた所に、暖かい甘酒を無料にご提供させていただきました。なんか、美味しい！！まだ飲みたいのに、その後もう出して貰えなかったから、残念でした。でも、暖かいココアやコーヒー、飲み物など24時間を提供してくれて、嬉しかったです。 スキーにも行きやすいから、便利です。 大規模なホテルではないから、動きが疲れないし、うちの家族にとっては満足でした。 ありがとうございました。

ウェルカムベビーのお宿なだけあって、子どもはいる間中ずっと遊べました! お部屋タイプは本当にファミリーツイン?というくらい狭かったです。とくにファミリーむけじゃないかも? 滞在中スイーツビュッフェやお菓子コーナー、ドリンクコーナーなど充実してました。夕食もテーブルに焼き網があって ビュッフェだけど焼肉もできたのですごく楽しめました! 翌日ゲレンデも利用して、ゆっくり遊べるプランになり良かったです!

度々、利用させていただいております。 いつもは夕食を富良野中心街のお店に食べに行っていたのですが、子供が好き嫌いが多いこともあり、夕食バイキングにしてみました。 食事会場がリニューアルされたのを詳しく調べずにいってみると、びっくりするほどのアップグレードぶりでした。 どの料理も美味しいし、子供も好きなものを好きなだけ食べられ、さらにはお酒も飲み放題なので、家族みんな大満足でした。 ウエルカムドリンクやスイーツバイキングなど、時間帯ごとにイベントがあり、チェックインからチェックアウトまで暇なく楽しめました。 スキー場も目の前なので、冬期間にまた利用させていただこうかなと検討中です。

いつも利用させて頂いております。 北の峰の前、リッチも最高！ 特に２Fのスペースは、最高です。 個室もあり、仕事も出来ます。 また、来月寄らせて頂きます。

ホテルは古いがリノベしてありキレイです。風呂上がりのビールやアイス、ウェルカムサービス等痒い所に手が届くサービスでとても良かったです！また何と言っても食事が最高でした。地産地消にこだわっており、料理一つ一つが非常に美味しい！改善して欲しい点としては夜中お風呂に行きましたが脱衣所では使用済みのタオルや作務衣が散乱しており浴場もシャンプー等散乱、あまりにも酷く気持ち悪かったので私が整理しました。朝方清掃に入るとはいえ定期的な見回りや整理は必要です。また部屋の乾燥が酷い！加湿器は部屋に対して出力が足りず全く湿度が上がりません。レストラン調理スタッフの塩対応やフロントスタッフの説明不足等もありましたが総合点としては満足です。
