Japan|Age: 50s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 5/7/2023施設の新しい古いは好みがあるかも知れませんが、ソフト面がとてもよいです。応対が丁寧。国内５０泊以上年間でしますが、トップクラスベスト2には入ります。駐車場の案内とお部屋までのご案内係の丁寧さがとてもよいです。どんなお客さんでもこうした対応で頑張って欲しいです。道内旅行客をまずとりこんで、そこから国内の他の地域から来てもらえる宿にどんどんパワーアップすると思います。忙しくなっても丁寧に頑張り続けて下さい。また来たいです。

チェックインがスムーズで５分ほどで完了した 抹茶のサービスが美味しかった 部屋食で団体客がいないので安心安全 仲居さんの心遣いが素晴らしい この日は大雪であったがチェックアウト後に車を見ると 雪下ろししてありここまでサービスするのかと感動した

函館老舗旅館。道内では珍しい竹をモチーフにあちこちに取り入れています。朝食は部屋食で美味しくゆっくり味わって食べれました。 函館名物イカ刺し付き、おかずも適量で普段は朝食抜きですが、完食できました。 スタッフの方々の対応も良く、また泊まりたいと感じました。 しいて言えば、布団敷きがセルフだったのですが、最初に説明頂ければと思いました。
