Japan|Age: 60s|Family with kid(s)3Posted: 6/9/20235月7日から2日間宿泊いたしました。コロナ禍の前に一度宿泊したことがあり、その際サービス、食事もとてもよかったので今回も選びました。が、今回は、朝食は温かいものは冷たく、また夕食のレストランのオープン時間の情報も正確ではなく、ホテル全体のサービスの質が落ちていると感じました。コロナの影響もあると思いますが、今後改善されることを期待いたします。

３泊したがレストランの定休日で 夜食べることができなかった チェックインの時に 北海道ラブ割が使えますと言っておきながら 定休日で使えないのでは意味がないのでは？

リピートです。 今回、非常に残念な事が１つありました。 夕食レストランの居酒屋風メニューを食べたくて楽しみにして来たのに、団体貸し切りで利用不可でした。食べに行ったのが18時過ぎだったので、開いているのは１階のラーメン屋のみでしたが満席で断念。コンビニにお弁当など若干あったので事なきを得ましたが、心残りの夕食になりました。 チェックイン前の荷物預かりを利用したので、その時に告知があればレンタカーを延長して食べに行けたのにと思ってしまいましたし、せめてチェックイン時には告知して欲しかった。もしまだ遅く行動していたら夕食がカップ麺になっていたかもしれません。 大浴場は夜・朝と堪能しました。フロントで教えて頂いた混雑時間予想と、下駄箱の目視とで芋洗いを避けられました。 連れがアメニティコーナーの歯ブラシとヘアブラシを間違えてしまったので、大きく分かりやすい掲示等あると良いと思います。 朝食は、さすがお米自慢！白ご飯が美味しかったです。豚丼コーナーの写真のように生卵をポンとのせて、最高でした。 好きなホテルなので、激励の意味も込めて、今回は悪い事もあえて書かせて頂きました。
