初めて宿泊しました。 朝食は種類も豊富でとても満足しました。 温泉も好きな泉質でした。 従業員の方々も接客はすばらしかったです。 それだけに残念だったのが、部屋の匂いです。 入室した瞬間、誰かがいるような匂いで臭かったです。 原因はわかりませんが、きつい体臭のような匂いが部屋中に漂っていました。 備え付けの消臭スプレーを壁や空間に空になるまで使用してもおさまらず、窓を開けたり空気清浄機のようなものを夕食で出かけてる間に設置してもらったりしましたが、やや緩和された程度でした。 満室のため部屋を変更もできないと言われたので、寒かったですが窓を開けながら寝ました。 清掃の段階で気づかなかったのか、それとも普段からこの匂いなのか、元々どの部屋もこういう匂いなのかわかりませんが、この匂いの部屋にだけは二度と泊まりたくないです。 私一人だけが感じるのであれば気にしすぎなのかもしれませんが、一緒の友人も感じていたのでやはり臭いのでしょうね。
