    はじめての利用（帯広近隣の親戚宅移動の前泊で利用）です。 帯広駅、歓楽街に隣接し立地条件は非常に良いと思います。 車での利用でしたが。１９時過ぎに到着し駐車場が２つのみ空いていたので何とか良かったです。 食事については、セミセルフ方式で効率的だと思います。和食を選択しましたが美味しく頂きました。特にヨーグルトの「デーで―ポッポ」は濃厚でお代わりしました。 大浴場もモール温泉に加え、サウナもあり利用（ととのえました）しました。 また、十勝方面に行った際は利用します。引続き安価で良いサービスを提供してもらえれば幸いです。

    市内の飲食店や銭湯施設へのアクセスも良好です。コンビニや飲屋街へ徒歩で行き来できるため便利でした。フロント対応も丁寧にしていただき良い観光になりました。大浴場やレストランの混み状況がわかるシステムを導入しており、親切だと思いました。

    同僚3人で朝夕2食付きプランで宿泊しましたが、夕食の米が酷かったです。米が雑巾臭くて、色も黄色く 交換してもらえないか頼んだけど「交換しても同じになりますと・・・」　学生時代に弁当屋さんでバイト経験があったので思い当たる節・・・臭いの原因は朝食で余ったご飯に乾燥しないよう濡らした布巾をかけてると思います。 その布巾がちゃんと消毒・洗浄されておらず米にまで色や臭いをつけていると思います。 これに気が付かない厨房マズいですよ　それとも気がついいてるけどホテルの方針で朝食残りのご飯を夜にリサイクルするよう指導しているのかな　ホテルで夜は食べないで外食にしていればと後悔しました。 ちなみに朝食は内容寂しいですが、ご飯は炊き立てで美味しかったです。
