    札幌駅、そしてすすきのからは少し距離があるのですが、サッポロファクトリーの横に立地しているシティホテル。 部屋も広く落ち着くので良く使っています。 経営会社が変わるということでリニューアルに入るとのこと。 今後、どんな料金体系に人なるのか、どんな部屋になるのかなど楽しみにしています。

    家族づれで行ったが、とても残念だった。 子供のアメニティが用意されてない。 ベットガードも事実に頼んでいたが用意が無い、無いことの連絡もない。 添い寝の子供の分はタオルもらえず。追加するなら追加料金と言われた。 同時期に他のホテルに宿泊したが、どれも対応してもらえたのに。 また風呂も少し水アカが残っていた。 朝ご飯はまあまあだが、コロナ前のビュッフェが豪華だったらしいことから、その当時の話から期待していたのでそれも残念。 全体的にホテル都合でコスト削減してるように感じた。
