    何度か宿泊して、温泉もご飯も 最高だったので、今回は2ヶ月前から予約して楽しみにしてました。 今回も温泉（特に露天風呂）は最高に良かったです！ ただ部屋が… 本当に残念すぎるぐらい古すぎて…トイレやお風呂は、パッキンがカビだらけ、鏡には謎の黒い斑点、予備のトイレットペーパーは汚物入れの上に置いてるっていうのが私的にはとてもあり得ないことでした。 お風呂も食事もいい分、この部屋は本当に残念でした。 入り口の壁も汚くはげていて、 スタッフが何も思わないのが不思議です。 それ以外はとてもいいので、改善していただけると嬉しいです。

    大変お世話になりました。 食事、露天風呂は最高に素晴らしいと思います。 建物が可成り老朽化してはいますが、1つ1つの気遣いがみられ良かったと思います。 また、機会があれば利用させて頂きます。

    5/26に宿泊しました。部屋はリニューアルされていてきれいでしたが、使い勝手としては不満あり。テーブルとイス、丸テーブルが低すぎて、ノートPCを使ったり、ちょっとした書物するにも使いにくく、物を置くにも狭い。 メイクするときも、洗面所やドア近くの全身鏡もライトが暗く、部屋のほうにもドレッサーのような高さの机や鏡がないので、メイクしづらかったです。 でも、それよりも部屋に関して、最も不満だったのは、室温です。 宿泊した日、５月にしては気温が高めで、廊下やロビーなどは、さほど暑く感じませんでしたが、部屋の中が暑く、空調のスイッチ入れましたが、ヌルい送風で。個別空調ではないから仕方ないと思い、窓を開けてみましたが、網戸がないので虫が入り、結局開けられず。ゆっくり眠れませんでした。 食事について。 バイキングのデザートは、とてもよかったと思います。 ステーキやお刺身は、ちょっと残念でした。 １番良かったのは、お風呂です。 内風呂から露天風呂へ繋がっていて、眺望も素晴らしく、最高でした。タオル類も脱衣場に設置されているので本当に便利で良かったです。 部屋によりますが、備品と温度管理次第で、リピートするかなという感じです。

    　★5月26日から1泊しました。お風呂がリニューアルされていてまず驚きました。全面が洞爺湖の小島に直面していてフルオープンで屋根のある外風呂といった風情。外気が冷んやりと浴室を満たし、実に開放的な空間で何度も入浴を楽しめました。その昔ならプール目当ての子供連れの利用でしたがこれなら私たちの年齢の者でも楽しめるようになりました。そして何より他所より格段にお得な料金で、食事も品数多くまた味付けも良く、またデザートも綺麗にディスプレーされていて満足できるものでした。対応される従業員のかたがたも良く教育されていて一生懸命に対応されていて、とても良い印象を受けてきました。また、利用したいと思います。できれば孫も連れて来たいものです。
