Japan|Age: 30s|Family with kid(s)4Posted: 9/19/2023父の退職祝いで家族みんなで宿泊しました。 8人と大人数だった為2部屋で取り、元々レストランでの夕食のプランでしたが、宿泊前日に連絡があり、他の家族と一緒に部屋食に変更して頂きました。 家族みんなで食べる事が出来て良かったです。 ありがとうございました。 また、お食事を運んで下さった2名の方も感じの良い方で、写真をお願いすると撮ってもらえて家族の記念写真になりました。 ありがとうございました。 ひとつだけ残念な事があり、女性の大浴場の脱衣所にあるドライヤーがたまたまほぼ冷風みたいな風しか出ない物に当たり全然乾きませんでした。 たぶん壊れていると思うので、替えて頂きたいです。 それ以外は夕食も食べ切れないほどの品数で味もおいしかったのと、朝食のバイキングもおいしく満足でした。 また、お部屋から湖が一望でき、花火も部屋から見れて良い思い出になりました。 スタッフの方の接客も丁寧で良かったです。 ありがとうございました!

9月15日に宿泊しました。部屋はレビューでよく書かれている古い部屋です。もし神経質な方とは無理かなぁと感じました。でも部屋からの景色の眺めがよくロングラン花火大会も目の前で見られて感動でした。あと私の見間違いなのかネットで洞爺観光ホテルさんを検索してるときに公式ホームページで自転車も無料で借りられると書いてたので洞爺湖を満喫したくて、早めにチェックインして自転車借りたら翌日の精算時に自転車代1600円（3人分）取られました。えっ！？と思いましたが、せっかく楽しい気分で泊まったのでここは言わずに我慢しました。

洗面とトイレが別で、コンビニが目の前にあって、湖上花火が見れて、大変良かったです。

9月14日に一泊。古いのはわかるが、もう少し綺麗に清掃してほしい。部屋は改装？してあるが、布団の上に埃がけっこうあったり、使ってはないがお風呂に水垢やカビがあった。コーヒーを飲みたくても部屋にも他にも置いてなくて、朝食まで我慢。近くに飲食店やコンビニはあるので夜は近くの焼肉店で食べました。朝食は美味しいと思います。お風呂は部屋からかなり歩く。隣の話し声がけっこう聞こえたり、上の階の人の足音が凄く聞こえて気になる人には厳しいかな。眺めは良かったが、洞窟風呂は狭いかな。 部屋から見えた花火が子供が喜んでいたので良かった。
