[Exclusive to Reservation Site] Tajima Beef Shabu-Shabu Hot Pot & Grilled Nodoguro with Salt!Kasumi is not just about crabs! [Breakfast] [Dinner]

This is a plan that is not available on our website, and is only available on our reservation site! Kasumi is famous for its red snow crab in the fall and Matsuba crab in the winter. But it's not just seafood. The Tajima region is also the home of Tajima beef. Tajima beef, said to be the root of Japan's famous brand beef, is renowned for its exquisite balance of lean meat and fat. 200g of delicious Tajima beef shabu-shabu per person! This plan is also recommended for those looking for a plan other than crab or those who can't eat crab. We look forward to seeing you. *Payment can be made by cash, various credit cards, various electronic money, and various smartphone payments. [Dinner] - Sashimi made with fresh seafood delivered directly from the local port - Salt-grilled blackthroat seaperch - Tajima beef shabu-shabu and home-grown hot pot vegetables - Boiled udon noodles to finish off the meal - Homemade pickles - Kasumi pear * We use [200g] of Tajima beef per person. * The vegetables used in the hot pot (Chinese cabbage, chrysanthemum greens, etc.) are homemade. * The hot pot soup is made with kelp stock, making it light and not overpowering the deliciousness of the Tajima beef ☆ * To finish off the hot pot, please enjoy boiled udon noodles, Tsukasa's special pickled radish, and Kasumi pear! [Breakfast] A Japanese breakfast is available. We use locally grown Koshihikari rice. ● Dining location: Both dinner and breakfast are served in the hall on the first floor (not a private room) ● Dinner start time: Please choose between 5:30pm and 6pm. ● Breakfast start time: Choose from 7:30 or 8:00. * The restaurant closes at 9:00 pm for dinner and 9:00 am for breakfast. [Guest rooms] A Japanese-style room with a calming atmosphere and the scent of tatami mats. The bath and toilet are shared with the facility. * Safety deposit boxes in all rooms [Bath] Indoor bath hours: 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm (last entry at 10:30 pm) * Please
