    ホテルのお食事が夜も朝もとても美味しかったです。 30階からの景色も最高でした。 ただ夕飯の時、お食事中にお皿を下げてくれる際、他人が食べたお皿をわざわざ私たちのお皿に乗せて運んでいったのが、とてもびっくりしましたし少し不快でした。

    長期滞在でしたが快適に過ごせました。シャトルバスは大変混み合っていたので本数を増やすなどの施策が必要ではないかと思いました。

    洗練された大変素晴らしいホテルだと思います。 館内表示が少なく、近隣の施設への移動が非常に分かりづらく、ホテルスタッフに尋ねても明確に答えていただけず残念でした。 予約カテゴリーに喫煙ルームの設定がありませんでした。(当日変更していただきましたが)喫煙室の選択を可能にして下さい。
