    以前にも宿泊したことがありますが、料理と温泉が良かったです。また有馬温泉のロープウェイ乗り場への往復を送迎して頂き大変良かったです。

    日帰り温泉施設と合体した旅館のため 温泉設備においては言うことありません。 営業時間が21時までと早めなためそこだけが残念でした。 食事については朝食のバイキングのみでしたが、 地元感のある料理もあり満足しました。 メインの観光地からは多少離れていますが 逆にいい運動になりました。

    有馬温泉駅から近く、宿近くにコンビニがあり周辺には食べ歩きやお酒が飲める所、土産売り場があり、立地良し。宿直前の急な坂道…登るの大変…思い出と言う事で、これも良し。残念なのは宿のスタッフ。上から目線で話してくる方が数名。笑顔とまでは言わないが、無愛想で心の無いサービスは如何なものかと。人情を気にしなければ、きれいな部屋と温泉、価格も踏まえて良い宿。

    お風呂は良かったですが、宿泊客外の人が多すぎて思うように入れなかった。 岩盤浴も時間足らずでした。 朝食のバイキングは予約制でしたが、人が多すぎてこちらも時間足らずでした。 設備では客室からのエレベーターが一つしかない為、移動に時間が掛かり食事に行くにもひと苦労でした。 (五階を階段で昇り降り) もう少し宿泊客に良い条件が欲しかったですね。
