フロントの作りがおかしくどこがフロントか認識できません フロントに誰もいなく従業員は作務衣のようなものを着ていて従業員と認識できずチェックインとても手間取りました。 食事の鍋も焼き物も自分で煮炊きするのですが固形燃料の問題か鍋の問題かぬるいままです、食事には水だけでるだけでお茶が出ません 従業員がマスクなしで料理の前で料理の説明をするのも嫌でした 今まで宿泊した中では最悪クラスでした

Japan|Age: 30s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 9/29/2023お誕生日プランで宿泊しました。 有馬の中でも格安なのに、サービスが最高に良かったです。従業員の方の心配りや、親切丁寧で、お客様第一！って感じで感動しました。しかも全員！プライド持ってお仕事されてるって感じです。お食事も温泉も部屋も綺麗で最高で、売店で売ってるお土産もサービスで食べ放題ですし、一度行って体験してほしいです。今度からはここのホテル一択になりそうです。有馬の中で最高だと思います。

プラン通り部屋は狭かったですが、収納やトイレ、洗面スペースもあり設備は問題なかったです。エレベーター前の部屋で、食事やチェックアウトの時間帯など宿泊者の移動音が気になりましたが、夜間は静かで休めました。 ランドリーやフリードリンク、アメニティ等整っており浴衣で周辺散策もできて観光も存分楽めました。浴室や脱衣所の混雑もなく快適でした。 機会があればまた訪れたいです！

９月１０日に夫婦で1泊しました。ロビーはとても綺麗でした。 部屋に入るなり、ゴキブリが走り回っててパニックになりました。フロントに連絡しようにも電話が見当たらず、ネットの使い方も教えてもらってなくて。とりあえず主人にティッシュでとってもらいました。死んだGを持ってフロントに行きましたが、すみませんと謝るだけなので、私から部屋を変えて下さいと言いました。部屋は変えてもらいましたが、洗面台、部屋付きの露天風呂のイスとかシャンプー置きが水アカで汚く。部屋も小さいゴミがおちてて。とても残念でした。古くて汚い感じです。晩ごはんはとても美味しかったのですが、ゴキブリのせいで台無しの旅行でした。二度と行きたくないと思いました。
