全般的に良いホテル。スタッフさんの笑顔がとても良いです。今回、露天風呂が機器故障で使用できなかったのは残念でしたが、それ以外は気持ちよく過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

母、妹っとの女３人旅に利用させていただきました。お料理少なめということでしたが、そうとは思えない程の 種類に量で美味しくいただきました。 お部屋も広く快適です。色浴衣にシャンプーバイキングどれにしようか楽しく選ばせていただきました。 露天風呂に入れなかったのは残念でしたが、温泉がとろみのあるいいお湯でした。

2名で露天風呂付きの部屋を利用しました。しかし運悪く大浴場の露天風呂が壊れてしまっていたのですが、事前のご連絡を頂き、がっかりする事なく利用できました。驚いたのは露天風呂の件でご連絡を頂いた時に「連れが誕生日でプレゼントでホテルを選んだので本人に確認して折り返しをしたい」と伝えた所、夕食の際こちらからはお願いしていなかったのに、デザートのお皿にチョコでハッピーバースデーの文字とキャラクターが書かれておりとても感激致しました！美味しく豪華な料理で大満足していた時にホテル側からのサプライズで本人も泣きそうな程嬉しかったと大満足しており、私自身も大満足しました。大浴場の露天風呂の件は残念ですが部屋の露天風呂から見る景色は最高でした！また利用させて頂きます！！

3世代での旅行でした。1歳の姪っ子は初めての旅館。どうなることかと思いましたが、ベビーシャンプーから、オムツバケツ等ご用意してくださり、安心して過ごすことができました。大浴場にもベビーベッドがあり助かりました。お部屋も広くて、海が目の前に広がり、日の出も見ることができとても良かったです。 また、行きたいねと言いながら笑顔で帰ることができました。ありがとうございました。
