Japan|Age: 60s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 3/25/2023山の傾斜をうまく活用した森林浴に溢れる建屋で、施設・部屋等全ても新しくきれいでおしゃれで非常にセンスの良い落ち着いた栖で大満足です。 食事も基本タイプにしましたが、美しくシャレた盛り付けで美味しくいただけお腹も満腹。 お風呂も吹き抜け、屋根付き露天もあり2度も入りました。 次回も宿泊したいと思います。

とても満足できました。予定到着時間より遅くなってしまいましたが、次は少しでも長い時間をのんびりしたいです。

3月16日、友達6人で宿泊しました。森の栖の名前にピッタリの素晴らしい立地で、女子旅特典付きだったので素敵なレンタル浴衣も無料でした。外國人の従業員の方たちは笑顔で接客されていましたが、早口で一気に次々と説明されるのでよく理解出来ないところがありました。朝食のご飯が「炊きたて」感がなくて残念でした。

旅館の名の通りの雰囲気。エントランスからの演出もうまい。時期が良ければお花もきれいな庭園があり、温泉も最高の旅館です。ただ、食事はどれももう一つ。なにかわかりませんが、残念でした。

お部屋でシャワーを浴びましたが排水が詰まっていたのか、みるみる足元に流したお湯が溜まっていき、すごく気持ち悪い思いをして、とてもシャワーなんて浴びていられませんでした。 あと、食事の時にドリンクを追加注文するためにスタッフの方に声をかけましたが、その方は他のテーブルからの食べ終わった下げ物を持っていましたが、私達のテーブルの上に他のお客さんの食べ終わった食器を置いて対応されました。それはどうなんでしょうか？一言「 少々お待ちください。すぐにお伺い致します。」など声をかけて片付けてから対応するべきだと思いました。 楽しみにしてきたので、がっかりです。
