Japan|Age: 60s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 2/6/2023宿泊した和洋室は、バス、トイレ、洗面、上着掛けコーナーが手前で、引き戸があってベット、ふすまがあって小上がりの和室という間取りでした。今回は娘家族との宿泊でしたが、部屋も広く程よくプライベートも保たれ、幼児も居たのでドアからすぐ部屋でないのもよかったです。 又、キッズコーナーがあり、孫達は楽しく遊んでました。大人は、温泉のはしごを楽しめますが、幼児が遊べるコーナーがあるのは有り難い。もう少し広ければ、尚良しです。 バイキングは、他で出てこないような料理もあり、蟹の身入りもよく堪能しました。種類が多くて陶板焼き食べ忘れ…次の機会に…又行きたいと思えたお宿でした。

送迎があって、とっても便利でした。 夕食はご当地グルメがたくさんあってお腹いっぱいになりました！朝食は目の前で作ってもらった出来たてのオムレツがトロトロでフワフワで美味しかったです！どちらも、大満足でした。 館内も感染対策がとられていたり、浴場では転倒予防の配慮がされているなということが随所で感じられ、お客様目線で考えられている所にとても好感がもてました。 友達とも、恋人とも、家族とも、 高齢者から子供まで年代問わずに楽しめる素敵なホテルでした。 ぜひ、また、東北に訪れる機会がありましたら利用させていただきたいです。

友人と宿泊しました。温泉が色々と楽しめて良かったです。リンゴ風呂は入れましたが、バラ風呂は確認出来ずに入れなくてちょっと残念でした。 食事はカニやすき焼き、ステーキだけでなく食べきれない位に種類が豊富でバイキングなので気がねなく食べられて良かったです。 光のペイジェントも綺麗で良かったです。 スタッフの方も皆親切で良かったと思います。

夕食バイキングのすき焼きが美味しかったです。天ぷらが有ればもっと良かったです。 お部屋のお風呂にカビが見えて残念でした。使用頻度は少ないとは思いますが、全国各地からお客様がいらっしゃる一流のホテルだと思いますので、そういう細かい所までチェックして欲しいと思いました。 それと、出発間際にトイレに入ろうと思ったら、鍵が勝手にかかり入れなくなりました。

こちらで年越しをさせていただきました。 お部屋・・・リニューアルされた洋室、広々としてとても素敵でした。 お茶をお茶菓子を置くのが冷蔵庫の上になっちゃったので、 和室感覚で行くと、存在を忘れちゃうかもしれません。（私たちは忘れました。） ベッドは１台がエキストラベッドということでしたが、パッと見た感じは全然わかりませんでしたし、 それを使った夫も「別に違和感はない。気持ちよく寝られた」とのこと。 エアコンがしっかり効いていて、ちょっと乾燥気味でしたので（リニューアル前もそうでした） 濡れたタオルをぶらさげて対応。タオルも乾くし一石二鳥です。 お風呂・・・やっぱりいいですね。３館のはしごももちろん楽しませていただきました。 シャンプーをいろいろ選べるのもありがたいです。 ３館とも同じお湯だなのでしょうけれど、 気のせいなのかな、わたしはなんとなくホテル花巻のお湯の質感が一番肌に合う感じがして、好きです。 サウナは温度低めとはいえ、汗は出やすいので、サウナ初心者でも入りやすいと思います。 お食事・・・わが子が小さかった頃、バイキングは本当にありがたい存在でした。 大人になっても、我が家みたいに好みがあれこれ分かれるような人が集うところは、 やっぱりバイキング万歳！です。 かつて小学生時代に「お母さんはビールを飲みながらカニばかり食べていました」と日記を書いた娘が、 今は成人し、ビールやハイボールを飲みながらカニばかり食べていたり、 「お父さんは前と変わらず肉三昧＋酒」とか、昔の花巻訪問も振り返りつつ、 今この時も存分に味わいました。お母さんは相変わらずカニとビールです（笑）。 朝食は、明けまして・・・なおせち料理の定番もあり、正月気分を楽しめました。 元日は雪が降り、帰りの心配があったため、楽しみにしていたパン屋さんの訪問等を省略しちゃったので、 次回、そのあたりを楽しめたらいいなぁと思います。 ありがとうございました。 ３月にまた予約させていただきました。どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。
