    チェックインの時、従業員の方がいらっしゃいません。 迷っていたら、どこからともなく現れました。 滞在中、従業員の方をレセプションで見かけるのは1回のみでした。 その際、机の下でスマホをいじられていました。 廊下の隅でもスマホをいじられていました。 夕食の場所の案内も(わかりずらい場所です) 「1階です」との事だけ。確実に迷います レセプションに人がいないので聞けません。 予約した砂風呂は、予約されていませんでした。横の連絡もないので チェックアウトの際、何も言葉をかけられませんでした。 と、いうわけで、かなりよろしくない対応を受けたと思います。 消去されてしまうと思いますが、コメントさせて頂きました

    結婚記念10年で利用させて頂きました!天気は生憎でしたが、ゆっくり過ごせました!今度は家族で、利用したいと思いました!ありがとうございました!

    とても広い絶景な部屋でした。 また、温泉もよく砂風呂も初めて体験できました。 食事もとても美味しかったです。 スタッフの皆さんは笑顔でとても親切で気持ちが良かったです。 指宿の観光時にはまたリピートをしたいところでした。

    少人数のお客様を大事にするようにシフトしたと言う事で、駐車場のお迎え、チェックイン、部屋への案内、レストランでの給仕、翌日の駐車場への見送りな等ほぼ同じ方がお世話くださいました。 特におまかせフレンチは、とても満足しました。当日は、フレンチは2組だけだったので、ゆっくりと食事を楽しめました。おもてなしの心が伝わって来ます。 到着時は、小雨の降るあいにくの天気だったのですが、だんだん晴れて来て指宿の夜景と朝の眺望が楽しめました。 大浴場の設備や部屋の水回り狭さに古さは感じますが、ツインは、広くおおむね満足です。
