Japan|Age: 60s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 6/5/202310年ほど前に泊まった事のある娘から紹介されました。まず、広めの和洋室で全景が見える窓にテンションが上がり、ピアノの生演奏を聴きながら、他では味わえない料理の数々に感動しました。浴衣以外の部屋着もお洒落で動きやすく寛げました。内湯も露天風呂も湯温がちょうど良く大変気持ちよかったです。チェックアウトが11時なのはポイントが高いです。ゆっくり起きて朝食後に温泉に入っても余裕がありました。プランで和菓子の交換券がついていたのですが、箱根湯本駅付近で換えられるものと思っていたので、雨の中、カートを引いて90歳の母と前の坂を下って指定店まで行くのは無理だと思いました。運よく雨が止んだので放棄せずに済みましたが。全般的にはとても満足したので、違う季節に同じ部屋タイプでまた泊まりたいです。

今回全国旅行支援を利用してお得に宿泊できました。 女子が喜ぶサービスがあり、友人も大変満足している様子でした。 お部屋、お風呂も清潔感があり、ゆっくり過ごすことができました。 夕食も品数多く、目でも楽しむことができましたが、一つ一つの味への感動はなかったように思いました。 朝食は、ブュッフェスタイルで焼きたての焼き魚や天ぷらなどあり、どれも美味しかったです, また、機会があれば行きたいと思えるお宿でした。

毎回夕食は、満足します。 目でも楽しませて貰います。 前回は、団体さんがいてお風呂にゆっくり入れませんでしたが、今回は私達だけで露天風呂に入れました。

- ・During breakfast, the food lane at the buffet venue is air-conditioned and ventilated, but since it is a small room, we ask everyone to wear a mask. We are very sorry for children who cannot wear a mask or customers who do not like it, but please wait at your seat and have your companion eat and enjoy it. ・We kindly ask that you refrain from carrying infants on their backs or carrying them into the food lanes at the Bitsfe venue, as there is a risk that your child's feet will hit the displayed food.

Notice from property
1. Accommodation charges include service charges and consumption tax. In addition to the displayed fee, a separate bathing tax of 150 yen will be charged for adults only.
10. As it is a kaiseki meal, we may refuse to serve the dish if you cannot eat the dish mixed with seafood or meat broth.
2. Breakfast is served as a buffet. We divide the time into 5 parts between 7:00 and 8:50.
3. The final time for dinner is 8:30 pm. Please note that if you arrive after 8:30pm, we may refuse to serve you dinner.
4. Meals for children who pay 50% of the price will be served at the children's lunch.
5. We do not accept cancellations over the phone, so if you wish to cancel your stay, please do so online.
6. All rooms are non-smoking. If you smoke in your room, we may charge a cleaning fee.
7. A cancellation fee will be charged from 10 days before the year-end and New Year holidays (12/30-1/3), the Obon period (8/8-16), and Golden Week (4/29-5/5).
8. Only the public bath is available for hot springs. Guests with tattoos, and children who are still in diapers are not allowed to use the public bath.
9. Regarding food likes and dislikes and allergies, additional costs may be incurred depending on the response.
