Japan|Age: 50s|Family with kid(s)4Posted: 3/23/2023建物自体は古さが見えますが中は非常に綺麗でオシャレで過ごしやすく、部屋も綺麗で快適でした。料理もとても美味しく、こだわりも感じられるメニューでとてもよかったです。 ただコスパ的には普通かなぁ。 また、部屋から電話してケータイの充電器を借りたのですが、フロントまで取りに来てとのことでちょっと気持ち良さが薄れました。人手不足は理解しますが残念。

箱根の中ではお安い方のお値段だったので、あまり期待せずに向かいましたが、フロントから綺麗でいい香りがしており、丁寧にご案内していただきました。懐石料理は個室で食べるスタイルで、夕食中に和室の布団をひいていただきました。また、朝食もビュッフェでネギトロやオムレツが美味しかったです。

産前最後の夫婦の旅行として利用しました。 接客、お部屋の清潔感、お料理も 全て良かったです！ 良い気持ちで二日間過ごせました。 次は子供といっしょに過ごしたいと思える素敵なお宿でした。 ありがとうございました。

2月26日に宿泊しました。 遅い時間と到着でしたが、出迎えてくだっさたスタッフの対応がとても親切でした。 食事も大変おいしく、朝のバイキングはいろいろな地域ガラの食材がありとても美味しかったです。
