Japan|Age: 40s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 9/19/2023部屋が広く清潔でとても居心地良く過ごすことができました。 露天風呂付き客室だったので家族団らんで気兼ねなく何度も入ることができました。（夕方、夜、朝とも森の景色がとても良かったです） 食事は部屋食プランで申し込みました。ボリュームがあり、どれもとても美味しかったです。特にアワビが良かったです。 お部屋が４階でしたがチェックイン後はチェックアウトまで籠ることができたので特に不便に感じませんでした。荷物もチェックイン時、チェックアウトのとき運んでいただけたので良かったです。 また箱根に行くときは利用したいと思います。

のお宿でした。娘の6か月のハーフバースデーで宿泊しました。箱根湯本駅からバスで5分の所で、受付で貸切風呂の予約をして、仲居さんにお部屋に案内してもらう流れでした。エレベーターは無く、階段なのですが、丁度よい距離だったかなーと。ただ妊婦さんにはきついかも。トイレ付の和室で、老舗旅館って感じでとっても綺麗で、障子の窓を開けると箱根の山々が見渡せます。案内されてすぐに、布団敷いてくれて、娘をすぐに寝かせられました。いつもは全然知らない場所だとぎゃん泣きするのが、最初から超ごきげんでした。パンパースのオムツM5枚、バンボ、ミニおしりふき（西松屋ブランド）、調乳用のポット、オムツ用ゴミ箱が準備されてました。娘はLサイズだったので、伝えるとすぐにLを持ってきてくれました。哺乳瓶用洗剤、ブラシ、ベビーソープ（あわぴよ)も貸してもらえたので、とてもありがたかったです。バスタオルも言えば持ってきてもらえるので、娘の分のバスタオルもそちらで使わせてもらいました。パパママ交代で露天風呂に行ったのですが、チェックインすぐだったせいか、誰も居なくて、貸切露天風呂でした。女湯は２つあって、2つ目の奥に露天風呂があります。露天風呂は、混浴でした。なので女性はバスタオルを巻きます。内風呂も露天風呂も最高でした。朝夕食付きで部屋食だったのですが、どちらもとーっても美味しかったです。夕飯時に仲居さんが家族写真も私のスマホで撮ってくれて、さらにお水もピッチャーで持ってきてくれましたー。娘は、貸切風呂に入ったんですが、とても広くて、これが無料なんて、素晴らしすぎると思います。娘はいつもの風呂と違ったせいか、ぎゃん泣きでしたが（笑）。赤ちゃんと一緒に露天風呂に入れるというのはホントに最高でした。哺乳瓶の煮沸もしてくれて、痒い所にも手が届く素晴らしいサービスで、また来年も来たいなーと思いました。あえて1つ注文するとしたら、オムツメーカーをムーニーかメリーズにして頂けると良かったなーと。パンパースきつくて、ちょっとうちの娘には小さかったので。 赤ちゃんとのはじめての旅行で、この湯さか荘は超オススメです。

赤ちゃん連れ歓迎の宿と言うことで、赤ちゃんと一緒に利用しました。 部屋には赤ちゃん用の椅子等が準備されていて、赤ちゃんと一緒でも安心して利用できました。 露天風呂があるのですが、タオルが使えるとは言ええ混浴にするには少し狭いと感じました。時間交代制にした方が、ゆっくり利用できるのではないでしょうか？ 宿は、少し高い位置にあるので、車での移動をお勧めします。

足の悪い祖父母と子供2人というメンバーだったので大変な旅行を覚悟していましたが、ホテルの方のご配慮のお陰でとても楽しく快適に過ごすことができました！ おむつやおしり拭き、赤ちゃん用の椅子、おむつを捨てる専用のゴミ箱、ボディーソープなど赤ちゃん用品を数多く用意してくださっていました。また、貸切風呂や混浴の温泉があるので家族で温泉に入ることができたのも嬉しかったです。 祖父母に対しても部屋食に変えてくださったり、高座椅子を用意してくださったり、様々な配慮をして頂きました。 ただ、3階にお風呂があるので階段を頑張れば登れる方でないと難しいかと思います。 ぜひまた泊まりたいです！ ありがとうございました！ (家族で泊まった為、同じコメントが2件あります。)
