Kamakura changes its expression depending on the season. For dinner, we have prepared "Sukiyaki Kaiseki" which uses Japanese black beef shoulder loin, which is a popular menu of the restaurant. Every morning, the chef goes to the local fishing port to prepare a French full-course meal that uses abundantly selected fresh fish and more than 50 kinds of colorful vegetables grown in Kamakura and Miura.
