Japan|Age: 50s|Business5Posted: 6/5/2023チェックイン・アウト非常にスムーズに出来ます。お部屋は古い造りですがとても清潔に保たれています。少し排水口の臭いは気になりましたが、ベットも高反発で、枕も用途によって選べるので重宝します。コンパクトに全てが揃っているので不自由はありません。 一番気に入ったのは、バスタオルの肌触りが他のビジネスホテルと比べても格段に良かったです。 朝食は郷土料理も加えていただき日替わりでメニューも変更されていて連泊しましたが飽きはきませんでした。だご汁とても美味しかったです。 周辺は食べる所も沢山あり、熊本城にも程近く、路面電車でも出やすい環境だったり、桜町バスセンターにもすぐに到着できるのでビジネス利用では不便さありませんでした。 次回も宿泊予定です。

4泊5日のECOプランの滞在中清掃無しの宿泊であったが、快適だった。立地場所も熊本空港間のバスターミナルも近くで、近くにはコンビニ、レストラン、カラオケもあり同伴の家内も喜んでいた。ホテルの朝食も良かったが、一番印象に残ったのは清掃担当の方を含め、ホテルのスタッフ全員、皆さん親切で同伴の家内も感心・褒めていた。唯1点不快と思ったのは、冷蔵庫の操作スイッチがほぼ床レベルにあった事。腰を屈め身体を曲げることが困難な82歳の身には大変難儀であった。冷蔵庫の操作スイッチがテーブル面の高さにあれば、申し分なく100点満点と評価申し上げたい。

立地、料金などを考慮すると、90点で、大満足でした。 場所が分かりにくいを解消していただければ100点です。 高望みですが、駐車料金が無料になれば、120点です。 フロントの明るい女性による10点加点があります。

2. Please be sure to contact us if you will be later than the estimated arrival time. Please note that if you do not contact us after the scheduled time, your reservation may be treated as canceled, and we will not be held responsible for that.
3. The products sold on the Rakuten Travel site are accommodation plans for individual customers. If the guest changes during the stay period, please make a new reservation.
4. If you would like a receipt that does not include point details, please ask at the front desk. In the case of advance credit card payment, the hotel cannot issue a receipt. Please issue it from the Rakuten Travel "Customer Page".
