    家族旅行で利用しました。 料理も温泉も良かったです。特に、チェックアウト後も温泉に入れたのがうれしかったです。シャンプーがいい香りで高ポイントでした！ 元気の森等をセットにしていたので遊び尽くせました。 フロントのみWi-Fiにつながったのですが、宿泊棟でもWi-Fi接続があるとより助かるなと感じました。 全体的にとても満足しています！

    １月に宿泊しました。真冬の阿蘇ということで寒さを覚悟していましたが、室内も温かく過ごせて快適でした。 フロント棟から結構歩くゾーンのお部屋で、巡回バスがあるとはいえ、移動が結構大変でした。フロント棟の近くの部屋も結構空いてそうに見えたのですが、空いてるなら近くのお部屋から埋めて欲しいのにな、と少し疑問でした。 夕食、朝食とビュッフェでしたが、とても豪華な内容で美味しかったです。和洋中とバラエティに富んでいて家族で楽しめました。デザートのスイーツや、アイスの種類などがもっと充実していたらいいのにな、とは思いました。 温泉もとても広くて気持ち良かったですし、ファームランドで体力測定等も楽しめましたし、また宿泊したいです。

    ディナーはブッフェスタイルでした。この金額を出してこの程度なのかのとちょっとがっかりするレベルてす。
