Higo beef, which is raised on high-quality pasture in vast pastures, has a good balance of lean meat and marbled meat, and a refreshing taste. Enjoy "Sukiyaki" packed with the deliciousness of local vegetables from Kumamoto Prefecture and homemade sauce. ② "Rindo Pork Unkai Nabe" Rindo Pork, a brand of pork from Kumamoto Prefecture, is fattened by feeding it seaweed powder rich in wheat and natural minerals, and is characterized by its high-quality fat and sweet meat quality.
