1泊で利用させて頂きました。 ホテルのエントランスに到着した際に車まで迎えて頂いて気持ちがよかったです。 また、当日にスパを利用しましたが、セラピストの方の対応や施術のクオリティが物凄く高くて感動しました。 一点、食事の際にパンくずがテーブルに散ってしまいましたが、そのままの状態で次の料理が配膳された点は残念でした。また利用したいと思いました。楽しい時間をありがとうございました。

お部屋でなぜかWi-Fiが繋がらず 残念でした。 スタッフの皆さんは気配り良く テキパキと対応してくださいました。

部屋がエアコンつけるの忘れていたらカビ臭く、窓を開けたら窓の周囲にカビが生えていました。エアコンつけたら気にはなりませんでしたが。マットレスが寝ると凹みがあり、合わなかった。枕が子どもサイズと思うくらい小さいのが一つだった。旅行支援クーポンの説明が不十分で係りも十分理解していないようで、スマホで登録出来ないときには紙クーポンを発行すると書いてあったので、出来なかったので、フロントに紙クーポンの申請をしたら、スマホの確認やら発行元の確認やらで時間がかかり、結果、出来ないからホテルの売店で商品を引き換えると言われたが、明日も観光で荷物が増えるのが嫌なので断った。設備に入るか解らないが、無料でウエルカムドリンクや、夜にはお酒が飲めるところがある。天気が良かったら、星が綺麗だと思いますが、曇りの日で残念でした。

妻子から忘年会は京都の雪が見たいと..また外さない京阪ホテルということでこちらでお世話になりました。レセプション、お部屋含め全てが想像以上で良かったです。延暦寺工事中でしたがオプションの朝の務めに参加。おかげさまで特別な京都を体験させていただきました。3月上旬にまた行きたいとリクエストがありましたが、冬季は休業されるとのことで残念です。

Take a slow breath with Mt. Hiei.
Mt. Hiei, which straddles Kyoto and Shiga and is said to be the mother mountain of Japanese Buddhism. The only hotel you can stay there is "Rotel de Hiei". Rotel de Hiei is a place where the heart of everyday life can go far away. Surrounded by the blue of the sky and the blue of the trees, I sleep at the foot of a World Heritage Site and head for the morning. A moment of pure and relaxing, your heart will slowly become clear.
