Please be sure to contact us if you will be checking in after the scheduled time.

Customers under the age of 12 are not allowed.

The final dinner starts at 19:00.

During the Kawadoko period from May 1st to September 30th, breakfast and dinner will be served on the Kawadoko unless it rains, immediately after rain, or when the water level is high.

Please let us know in advance if you have any allergies or ingredients that you are not good at.

Kaiseki is served for dinner, but from November to March, you can also choose to have Kibukonnabe. Please let us know when you make a reservation.

The museum may be closed suddenly during natural disasters such as typhoons. In that case, we will contact you as soon as it is decided.

An accommodation tax of 500 yen per person per night will be charged separately according to the Kyoto City Ordinance. (It is 200 yen only when using a Western-style room for 4 people)
