Japan|Age: 40s|Solo4Posted: 6/2/2023錦市場や地下鉄の駅に非常に近いという立地と設備と価格で、こちらを予約しました。 立地は地下鉄の駅（エレベーターあり）からすぐで、すぐ近くにコンビニやスーパー、ドラッグストア、大丸、銀行があり、非常に便利です。錦市場もすぐ近くにあるため、買い物や食べ歩きにも便利でした。 他の方の口コミで「部屋が非常に狭い」とありましたが、一人で泊まるには十分だと思います。むしろ、狭いスペースをうまく工夫して、洗濯機や加湿空気清浄機まで置いてあり、大変便利でした。また、各階のエレベーターホールに給水機兼製氷機と電子レンジがあるのも、とても便利でした。館内も室内もバスルームも、清掃が行き届いていて非常に清潔感があります。 この立地と設備でこの価格は、本当にお得だと思います。京都へ行く際は、ぜひまた利用したいです。

2度目の宿泊です。 地下四条駅からもわりと近く、15分圏内に鴨川、高島屋などにも歩いて十分行ける場所にあります。浴室に乾燥機、部屋に洗濯機があり、とても助かりました。後、小さいですが露天風呂も。1人用ぐらいですが貸し切りで空を眺め贅沢な時間を過ごせました。お値段お安いのでまた是非利用したいです。

入り口が分かりにくかったですが、内部は快適。 大風呂もありますが、室内ユニットバスはまあまあ広めのタイプで使いやすかったです。 面白いのは室内に洗濯機が装備されてることです。 長期滞在に使えそう。

５月27日宿泊。部屋が狭いのは問題なし。ＥＶ側でも騒音はなく、熟睡可能。 とにかく残念だったのが１１階の浴場。 脱衣場が狭く、客層が悪く水浸し。 中の浴槽も一人に牛耳られて入れなかった。 サウナも横二人並ぶと身動き取れない極狭。（入れなかった）。 立地が良いからあとはお値段とのバランスか。
