チェックイン時に「京都応援クーポン」をもらえたのだが、アプリの使い勝手が絶望的に悪く、登録できずにいた。フロントに相談し、サポートしていただき無事に登録、利用できた。自社サービスではないシステムについてもサポートしていただき、感謝している。 全体的に無駄がなくシンプルでありながら、必要なサービス・設備は満足のいくものであった。

立地条件がとてもよくてとても便利でした。 部屋は狭いですが、寝るだけであれば全然問題なしです。

レディースプランで2泊しました。立地が良く、観光にはとても便利です。部屋は必要か最低限のものがあり、コンパクトです。ベットは広くゆっくりできました。清潔感がありました。旅行支援を利用したので、お得に泊まれました。

アクセスがよく、四条河原町、祇園にすぐの好立地。部屋も綺麗で文句なし。バスタブあり。
