This is an experience of printing a Karakami pattern onto a postcard using the "KARAKAMI KIT," a miniature version of the Kyoto Karakami experience kit. Karakami has been cultivated in the capital of Kyoto for a long time. KARAKAMI KIT is a miniature version of the traditional woodblock pattern that has been passed down since ancient times, and carved into a smaller version. You can experience the texture of hand-printing using materials and processes similar to those of real Karakami.
