Japan|Age: 60s|Family with kid(s)5Posted: 6/3/2023着が早く、まだフロントの方が当日泊まりのお客さんを迎える準備が出来ていなかった時だったので、車もとおくに案内されてしまいまいたが、それ以外は良かったと思います。眺めのいいホテルです。翌日仙台港から名古屋港のフェリーに乗るために利用させていただきました。

９０歳になる父親を連れて行きました。建物は古いかもしれませんが、リニュアールされていたみたいで、畳もきれいでそのうえにベット。ベットで助かりました。部屋からの眺めも良く、夕食はつけてありませんでしたがホテル内の居酒屋さんみたいな所で美味しく頂きました。売店もきれいでした。すごく便利な立地で良かったです。

急遽、旅行先が変更になり決めたホテルでしたが、設備が古かったり駐車場に入りにくかったりしたものの、ホテル従業員のみなさんとても温かい接客をしてくれました。 研修生の子たちも緊張しながら丁寧に接客されていました。 とても癒される旅になりました。ありがとうございます！

新しく作られた半露天風呂付き客室は広さも景色も最高でした。 スタッフは大変親切。 お料理は牛タンに切り目が入っていない点を除いては量、質とも良かったです。 牛タンは名物なので切り目が入っていないのは何か理由があるのかもしれません。 ワインで煮込んだ方の牛タンはおいしかった。
