Japan|Age: 50s|Family with kid(s)3Posted: 3/29/2023ゆっくりと過ごせる一の坊グループのサービスが好きで、家族と年一回は他の一の坊さんを利用してきました。このたびのゆと森倶楽部さんの宿泊は初めてだったので、とても楽しみにしていましたが、残念なことが多かったです。まず離れ棟廊下が臭い。古い建物のせいなのか？生乾き洗濯物のような臭いがしました。次に部屋にあるロッカーに前宿泊者の私物が残っていた事。大変驚きました。掃除の徹底がされていない確証です。楽しみにしていた川の湯まるの岩盤浴に敷くタオルやマットもない。そもそも直に座るタイプなのでしょうが消毒の設置なく、前の方が利用した直後の利用は抵抗があります。大浴場サウナにもマットはなかったです。食事会場ではアスパラのプレートを家族3人分お願いしたところ、強めな口調で「手に持てるだけにしてください」と、たしなめられ、家族が一緒にいることを伝えると無言で渡されました。他のブースでは笑顔で快く提供してもらえてたので、何か失礼なことしちゃったかな？と、気を使い残念な気持ちになりながら食事をとりました。期待値が高かっただけに残念なことが多い利用でしたが、食事やジェラート美味しさ、禁酒中の私には嬉しいノンアルコールの種類の多さ、スタッフの丁寧さなどなど一の坊さんの良さもあったのでリベンジを兼ねてリピートもアリかな？と思っています。希望としては大人だけで宿泊の場合、各々が自由に過ごすので人数分の部屋鍵があると便利だなーっと思いました。

良かった点 ・ラウンジに暖炉があり雰囲気がとてもよかった。 ・野菜が新鮮で料理がとても美味しかった。お酒も種類がいっぱいあって楽しめた。 ・露天風呂から見える景色がとてもよかった。 改善してほしい点 ・貸切風呂の脱衣所が暑かった。 ・離れだから仕方がないかもしれないが、ラウンジまでの距離が少し遠く感じた。

あこがれのもれび館に、かなりお得に宿泊する事が出来大変満足です。 お部屋は広く綺麗で、暖かい日ならデッキでのんびりも気持ちが良いと思います。 食事もとても美味しく食べ過ぎ、飲みすぎてしまいます。貸し切りが4つあるのも凄く嬉しいポイントです！次回は森を是非散歩したいと思います。

冬季限定でグランスィートに宿泊しました。お部屋も綺麗でルームウェアの着心地もよかったです。食事はどれも美味しく 温泉も最高でした。

冬季限定でお部屋の広いスイートにお得に宿泊出来ました。シーリーのベットはマットレスもやわらかく、熟睡することが出来ました。和室には座椅子のようなものがあり、快適に過ごせました。 お食事は、一皿ずつ丁寧に盛り付けされており見た目も綺麗で本当に美味しいです。フレンチのフルコースのようで、特に野菜が美味しく頂けます。食べたいものは、何度でもおかわり出来ます。 温泉は貸切風呂が四ヶ所あり、予約不要です。ただ、時間制限もないので、待っている方が多いと待ち時間も長くなるのが、残念です。 オールインクルーシブで、全体的に満足度が高く本当に素晴らしいお宿です。
