Due to ingredient procurement, please contact us at least four days before your stay. ■Breakfast Japanese & Western buffet (7:00–9:00, last entry at 8:30) ■ Dinner and breakfast venue 2nd floor restaurant ■Regarding children's dinner ・Elementary school: Meals similar to adults (with a few fewer dishes) ・Preschool: Kids' lunch Since you're staying in Kamikochi, Why not take a morning walk in Kamikochi with the hotel staff?(Free of charge) Departure: 6:30, meet in front of the reception Destination: Tashiro Pond area *The destination may change depending on the number of participants. Please note that the walk may not take place due to weather or other circumstances. ■ Important Notes ・Smoking is prohibited except in designated smoking areas within the facility. ・Amenities (toothbrush, towel, yukata, etc.) are not provided for children sharing a bed with a guardian. ・For customers who have not made prior reservations and wish to have meals or a futon on the day, we can accommodate your request for an additional fee. ・If you are going to arrive late, please make sure to contact the hotel. ・After 7:00 PM (or 8:00 PM during July and August), the entrance gates to the Kamikochi park area will be locked. ・Please handle any changes or cancellations to your reservation yourself. ・We can store your luggage even before check-in.
