初めて宿泊。妻と二人、大満足。 眺望、食事、お部屋、女性フロントの方、何も言うこと無しでした。 次回の予約も済ませました。

スタンダードクラスでも広々としたバルコニーからの眺めが大好きで何度か利用しているのですが・・・今度の部屋は驚くくらいの極小部屋でバルコニーも狭くショックでした。おそらく元はシングル部屋だったかと思われます。とにかく狭い。洗面台も部屋にむき出しだし。死角がないのでトイレで着替えたり・・・楽しみにしていただけに虚しくなりました。 ・・・ビジネスホテルならまだ納得できましたが蘭風さんてリゾートホテルなんですよね・・・？？ この時のことは忘れようと思いましたが同じ様な体験をされた方もいるようなので改善を求めるためにもコメントしておきます。せめて【訳あり部屋】と明記して欲しいです。同じ価格帯であの格差はあんまりだと思います。 「もう二度と来るもんか！」と言いたいところですが・・・大好きなのでまた来ます。

Please use the hotel building for meals and the large public bath. You can also use the toilet and washbasin in the hotel. (Need to move from glamping area)

Two of the four beds in the glamping area room are simple beds.
No cancellation fee will be charged in the event of bad weather that makes the glamping area unsuitable for your stay. The hotel will contact you in advance.
