Japan|Age: 50s|Business1Posted: 5/18/2023立地も良く、隣の焼鳥屋はとても美味しかったです。 朝食も選べないですが、申し分ないと思いました。 建物と設備が古いのは仕方ないが清潔であればとおもったのですが、1点ありえない問題が。 バスタオルが湿っていました。 たたんで棚に入っていたので、前の人が使って綺麗に入れてそのまま交換されていない？しか考えられず、とても気持ち悪くなりました。 申し訳ないですが、これは許せないので総合1点です。

立地、設備、サービス、接遇などビジネスホテルとして合格点以上でかつ料金もお手頃で期待以上でした。次回があればまた利用したい。

2泊させていただきました。従業員の方は非常に親切で、良いホテルだと思います。ただ、駐車場が満車だったのですが提携駐車場が無く、大学病院が近いので、駐車料金が割高です。また、連泊しても、部屋の掃除をしてくれません。エレベータの中に書いてあっても、ちょっとと思いました。またホームページにはリーズナブルと書いてありましたが、普段は一泊朝食サービスで5200円のようですが、クーポンを長崎割りで割引になる分を値段を上げるというやり方は、あまり良くないと思いました。エレベータが1基しかなく待たされることも多かったです
Reply from the propertyこの度は、アルファイン長崎をご利用頂きまして、誠にありがとうございました。また、 スタッフの件に関してお褒めの言葉を頂きまして重ねてお礼申し上げます。しかしながらお客様には不都合な点がいくつもございまして、大変申し訳ございませんでした。 当ホテルの駐車場は合計20台収容となり、先着順で満車になり次第、お客様へコインパーキングへのお願いとご了承をご予約時にとらせて頂いております。また、立体駐車場を併用しておりますので、お取り出来ない車種もコインパーキングへお願いしております。ご迷惑をおかけしまして、申し訳ございませんでした。また、お掃除は2泊に1度、ベッドメイクは4泊に1度、タオル交換、ゴミの回収は毎日させて頂いております。また、宿泊料金は多くの宿泊施設で導入されてます、変動制を取り入れております。季節や周辺の状況など市場の需要に合わせることで変更させて頂いております。その中でも、なるべく最安値で販売出来るよう努力しております。けして全国旅行支援で割り引きされてる分を値上げしてる訳ではございません。最後に、エレベーターでお急ぎの時間をお取り致しましたこと、お詫び申し上げます。これからもお客様に安心、便利にご利用頂けるホテルを目指して参ります。お忙しい中ご投稿頂きありがとうございました。

翌日が大学病院で手術予定だったので、前日から泊まりました。従業員の方々に親切にしていただき、快適な時間を過ごす事が出来ました。 今回二回目でしたが、またこれからも、利用させていただきます。ありがとうございました

大学病院に入院の為一泊しました。病院がすぐ近くで、朝も焦る事なく行けて助かりました。
