[Kaiseki meal plan] 1 night and 2 meals included [Breakfast] [Dinner]

Please enjoy a relaxing time at Dorogawa Onsen, which is rich in nature, and dishes made with plenty of mountain produce such as roasted sweetfish and deer. 【dinner】 ・Salt-grilled sweetfish ・Deer roast ・Wild vegetable dishes, etc. ・Plum wine is popular among women as an aperitif, but you can change it to homemade "Matatabizake" if you wish. ・Meisui tofu (Miso soup in the morning, cold tofu in the evening) 【breakfast】 -Made with sincerity. [In-house information] ・The restrooms are all Western-style (washlet specifications) and are comfortable even in winter. ・Among the inns at Dorogawa Onsen, Atarashiya Ryokan was the first to use hot springs. ・In the observation bath, you can see the scenery of the four seasons with your eyes: ``Cherry blossom viewing bath in spring, greenery in summer, autumn leaves in autumn,'' and ``snow bathing in winter.'' You can also enjoy the sound of the murmuring of the river and the cries of the sculpin. The snow-viewing bath along the edge of the river, where the calm water from the melting snow flows, is especially wonderful. 【bath】 ・Normal operating hours 6:00-24:00 ・Private reservations may be available regardless of holidays or weekdays. *Except during the busy season (Saturdays from May to August) (Private hours 21:00-24:00) ◎The interior of the building is made with plenty of precious wood, giving off a woody scent reminiscent of good old Japan. The two-room hallway is wide and feels very open. The well-polished hallways have a pleasant feel, and some customers walk barefoot even after taking out their slippers. [Walking spot] A walking course along the clear stream that can be enjoyed in just over an hour from the inn. Limestone caves visited by riding the monorail, Hiking in the winter-dead Mitarai Valley is also very interesting. We also recommend that you stop by the historic Amakawa Benzaiten. Enjoy a trip back in time at Dorogawa Onsen, which retains the atmosphere of an old-fashioned post post, and at Atarashiya Ryokan, which retains the atmosphere of a traditional post post. 【Guidance】 ・Credit cards cannot be used if additional charges (drinks, etc.) are incurred at the hotel. Please note that we only accept cash payments. We look forward to your stay.

[Exquisite button hot pot plan♪] [1 night and 2 meals included] [Breakfast] [Dinner]

The menu includes a variety of dishes, including Botan nabe and roasted deer made with the restaurant's signature soup stock, Dorogawa's specialty, famous water tofu, and more. 【dinner】 ・Botan Nabe (Very popular with the home-made red miso prepared by the proprietress every year and a secret dashi blend!) ・Deer roast ・Dorogawa specialty famous water tofu ・Risotto or rice porridge to finish Botan nabe It's strange because the risotto absorbs so much flavor from the red miso and peony that you can eat it even if you're full. You can also use it as rice porridge if you like. ◎About roasted deer... Is there anyone out there who doesn't like eating it? We purchase fresh deer meat from local sources. It has no odor at all and tastes like tuna, so you can enjoy it easily. The expression "mountain tuna" is perfect. ◎About Meisui Tofu... Traditional tofu made with the famous water of the Dorogawa springs, where you can taste the natural flavor of soybeans. We purchase freshly made tofu every morning from a nearby tofu shop. 【breakfast】 -Made with sincerity. Yamato beef and game meat grilled with rock salt plan [Breakfast] [Dinner]

・:*―★Bonus★―*:・ ① After your meal, we will serve you coffee made with famous water♪ ◆Dinner◆ ◎A new style in which Nara's famous Yamato beef is grilled on a rock salt plate in front of you. The rock salt plate absorbs excess fat and moisture, adding just the right amount of saltiness and bringing out the maximum flavor of the ingredients. ◎We have collected Nara's famous meats such as Yamato beef sirloin, venison, and wild boar! If you're lucky, you might even be able to eat some particularly rare ingredients such as deer heart. *Due to purchasing conditions, some ingredients may not be available, such as ingredients you must try. If you have any requests, please contact us in advance. [Yamato beef] It is characterized by its soft and elastic flesh and marbled red meat with marbling. It is also very rich in oleic acid, which helps prevent arteriosclerosis, heart disease, high blood pressure, etc. 【deer】 It is attracting attention because it is high in protein, low in fat, and rich in iron, which helps prevent lifestyle-related diseases. There is no odor thanks to the careful processing by a skilled local hunter. 【boar】 The wild boar that has been raised by running far through the fields and eating the fruits of the mountains has a firm texture and a wild taste. Surprisingly, there is no odor. ◎Meisui tofu Traditional tofu made with the famous water of the Dorogawa springs, where you can taste the natural flavor of soybeans. We purchase freshly made tofu every morning from a nearby tofu shop. ◆Information◆ ◎All restrooms are Western style (washlet specification) ◎In the observation bath, you can enjoy the scenery of the four seasons with your eyes and ears. The snow-viewing bath along the edge of the river, where the calm water from the melting snow flows, is especially amazing! ! ■Normal operating hours 6:00-24:00 ◎Private reservations may be available regardless of holidays or weekdays *Except during busy seasons (Saturdays from May to August) ◎Kakimochi is thinly sliced dried mochi and deep fried. Simple handmade sweets with an elegant and delicate sweetness *For souvenirs: 800 yen ~ *Credit cards cannot be used locally. Will be paid in cash
